Helped a roaster stop apologizing for being small. Voice work, packaging copy, café signage.
Their old voice opened with “we’re a small roaster, but…” and never quite recovered. We rewrote the small-ness as the point. New packaging, new café cards, new about page. Wholesale conversations got easier the next week.
